RapidMed Training — Membership Terms

Pre-Hospital Clinical CPD Community

Version 1 · Effective 1 August 2026 · These terms apply to membership of the RapidMed Training community. By joining the community or purchasing a premium membership you agree to these terms.

1. Who provides this service

RapidMed Training is an arm of RapidMed Services, the trading name of Ronald Carter, a sole trader based in Leiston, Suffolk, United Kingdom. Contact: training@rapidmed.co.uk.

2. The service

RapidMed Training is an online continuing professional development (CPD) community for paramedics, nurses, doctors, and other pre-hospital responders, hosted on the Skool platform. Membership has two tiers:

You need a Skool account to join. Skool's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of the platform, and premium payments are processed by Skool. We are not VAT registered — prices shown are the full amounts payable.

3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

4. Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your first premium purchase within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund — even if you have already accessed premium content. To cancel, email training@rapidmed.co.uk from the email address linked to your membership within 14 days of purchase. This right applies to your first purchase of each plan, not to subsequent automatic renewals — renewals are managed by cancelling before your renewal date under section 3.

5. Professional responsibility — important

RapidMed Training content is educational CPD material. It is not a formal qualification, it does not certify competence, and it does not replace your primary clinical education, your employer's or organisation's protocols, or current national clinical guidelines. You remain responsible at all times for practising within your own scope of practice, qualifications, and local governance arrangements. Nothing in the community constitutes medical advice for any specific patient or situation.

CPD certificates issued through the community are evidence of learning activity for your professional portfolio. They are not accredited or regulated qualifications.

6. Community conduct

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, reference cards, and templates are the intellectual property of RapidMed Services. Premium membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own professional development. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute them.

8. Service availability and liability

We aim to keep the community and its content available at all times, but the service depends on the Skool platform and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made by members. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in the community and will apply from your next renewal.

10. Contact and complaints
